Delivery
We generally use FastWay Couriers and Australia Post to deliver your order but may use alternative delivery providers from time to time. Please let us know whether you would like us to send your parcel by registered post.

Generally we will not send out orders on a Friday during warmer months so that your order does not sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend and melt.

Returns
We do our best to ensure your order leaves us in good condition. However, during delivery, some items may be damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please send it back to us and we will send you a replacement product and reimburse you for the return postage cost.

If you receive an item which isn’t what you expected, please return it to us and we will offer you a credit note for an alternative item. Unfortunately, we can’t reimburse you for the return postage cost in this instance.
